Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership and Experience: Utilize leadership experience to develop and implement strategic plans for the grain division. Oversee all aspects of merchandising, financial performance, and business development, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals and values.
- Expertise in Grain Trading: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of grain trading practices and market trends. Make informed decisions on buying and selling strategies, manage risk effectively, and optimize the company's profitability and market position.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the logistics and supply chain management for the grain division, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement, storage, and transportation of grain. Implement innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Visionary with a Long-term Focus: Embody a forward-thinking approach to lead the grain division towards sustainable growth. Develop and execute long-term strategies that anticipate future market developments, enhance competitive advantage, and ensure the company's resilience and prosperity in the evolving agricultural landscape.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in grain marketing and management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Knowledge of agricultural markets and trends is essential
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred
