We are looking to hire bartenders for our team at El Luchador!
Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile, make eye contact.
- Make and serve all drinks according to specific recipes.
- Keep bar tops clean and organized.
- Restock station when necessary.
- Must be aware of all menu items, assist guests with food choices and recommendations.
- Must effectively communicate any allergy restrictions with the kitchen.
- Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO.
- Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
- Manage bar inventory.
- Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age.
- Must have at least one year of prior bartending experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
