Functional Description:

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Required Experience:


Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.


Desired Experience:

  • Recent (last 3 years) ACAT acquisition experience supporting DOD programs.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro (to build Acquisition, PMR briefs, correspondence, pricing models, etc.).
  • Proficient in DoD security standards, particularly security classification markings, dissemination control markings, and distribution statements.
  • Proficient recent (last 3 years) experience the AMS to include CSPT and PMT, CDRL tool.
  • Recent (last 3 years) experience with Navy ERP, Wide Area Workflow (WAA) process. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Education Requirements:


MA/MS degree from an accredited college

Or

Bachelors’ plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters’ degree.
