What you'll do

Participate in community events in identified underserved areas to increase and educate individuals on resources for their overall integrated health.

Operate as a strong community liaison to ensure that individuals can navigate and understand all services that are available

Collaborate with Acenda and Community Providers to link individuals into services needed.

Position with a team that reaches populations that struggle to ask for services/ or greatly misunderstand services available to them.

What you'll bring to the team

A person that has lived and personal experience with mental health and substance use to provide support to the persons we are engaging.

Engaging personal communication skills in order to motivate and engage the communities as well as be an effective person in linking to necessary treatment

Resident of the geographical areas that are identified

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record

Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
