Asphalt/Pave Superintendent - Now Hiring

Summary 
Per Sé Group is working with a leading heavy civil contractor looking to hire an Asphalt/Paving Superintendent in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate has roadway construction and paving experience with asphalt and concrete. INDOT experience is preferred.

 

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers and Foreman to plan and organize activities relating to the construction projects
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget the time required to meet deadlines
• Assist in the implementation of quality control programs and safety
• Properly notify clients of delays due to weather, changes, etc

 

Preferred Skills and Expertise

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong management skills
• Computer knowledge and efficiency
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Functions effectively as part of a team
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities
