Besse Forest Products Group is a successful forest products company with sawmill and veneer mills in Northern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Job Summary:
No experience, no problem, we will train you! As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible ensuring the smooth running of the production process, and producing high-quality products. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Pile lumber, operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform quality checks during the production process to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
- Monitor machinery and equipment for any malfunctions or issues, and report them to the supervisor immediately
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders
- Comply with all company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Continuously identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
