Traits

• Initiative-taking individual that can collaborate efficiently with a technical team in a highly demanding environment on multiple projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot technology-related problems that might include hardware and software issues, equipment failure and TCP/IP connectivity.
• Have outstanding communication and prioritization skills and be able to effectively take direction from management.

Duties

• Installation of new software, deployment of new hardware, training of users, troubleshooting hardware/software, troubleshooting networking equipment, wiring, maintaining procedure documents and inventory/asset management.

Experience (required)

• At least one year experience in an MSP environment
• At least one year experience in Networking (Firewall/VLAN/Managed Switches)

Experience (desired)

• At least three years’ experience in an MSP environment
• At least three years’ experience in Networking (Firewall/VLAN/Managed Switches)
• Active Certification in Network+, Security+
• Experience with RMM and Cybersecurity Tools (AV/EDR/SOC/etc.
• Active Certification in CASP+, CISA, CEH
