A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE - RN AT CONSULATE HEALTH CARE!

In your capacity as a Skilled Nursing Facility, Registered Nurse - RN, you'll assume a crucial role in overseeing patient care within the senior living setting. Your responsibilities include supervising a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility protocols, and coordinating personalized care for residents in collaboration with other staff members. As an RN, you'll also manage certified nursing assistants, handling tasks such as work assignments, staffing schedules, and recruitment. Beyond administrative duties, you'll provide hands-on nursing care to residents while embodying our core values. Your role extends to implementing innovative ideas and fostering continuous improvement in systems and processes specific to skilled nursing facilities care.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Active state nursing license

Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities is preferred but not required. We also hire new nursing school graduates.
