Fluoropolymer Resources LLC (FRL) is currently seeking a dedicated results driven Extrusion Operator. FRL is the global leader in reprocessing of melt processable fluoropolymers, as well as the distribution of virgin fluoropolymer resin. Position Summary:

The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for ensuring all plastic pelletizing extruders operate safely and efficiently with attention to detail being extremely important. This position reports to the Plant Manager and will have growth opportunities for a dedicated and results driven individual.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Complies with safety rules and regulations on an everyday basis.

· Setup and operate multiple plastic pelletizing extruders including but not limited to assembly and disassembly of filter housings, loading feed hoppers, coordinating machine settings with operating instructions, and other duties as scheduled and specified.

· Learns and performs quality control processes and procedures

· Sets up and operates mixing and blending equipment.

· Maintains and keeps company tooling and works spaces clean and orderly.

· Selects, labels and processes samples as specified.

· Transports, sets up and maintains product packaging and collection materials.

· Occasional operation of a powered industrial truck is required

· Regular attendance is an essential function of this position, including arriving at your workstation on time at the start of your shift and after rest and meal periods.

· Quality of work is key to ensure all material is extruded properly.

· Will require working knowledge of the ERP system and specific functions needed to complete the job.

· Achieves production rates as set forth by manager, supervisor or lead.

· May act as a subject matter expert or trainer for a small cell of employees during peak periods.

· Maintains housekeeping in accordance with company standards.

· Assists, when necessary, with other production and/or warehouse related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· Previous extruder experience is desired

· At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing plant is ideal.

· Previous powered industrial truck operation desired
