Prinsco has an exciting opportunity for a results driven Production Manager in our Fresno, California location with 35 employees. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes dental, vision, 100% paid life insurance, and two medical plan options. In addition, we offer a 401k that is matched up to 5% deferred and 100% vested immediately upon participation. Salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 plus 10% bonus potential.

This exciting opportunity includes the following duties:

  • Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to develop our team to its fullest potential.
  • Manage production floor while working to improve production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control & performance management.
  • Be a safety role model and exercise strong leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities & continuous improvements in the manufacturing process.
  • Implement improved production tracking systems, monitor daily progress and manage KPI’s.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and a minimum of three years of production supervision experience required with production scheduling knowledge preferred.
  • In-depth experience with safety, quality processes, inventory management & continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Highly organized/detail-oriented with strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
