Production Facilitator

Big Butterfly Promos has built something different here in Manchester Center, VT.  Yes, we have lots of great customers, and we are looking to find the next right person to join our team as a Production Assistant.  If you are available part-time with a minimum of 30 hrs per week, or even full-time, could this be a fit for you?

The successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with our customers who walk into the shop while maintaining a stress-free, fun and welcoming environment.  You will enjoy an exciting and fast-paced production environment.  Your role will be as a production assistant in our embroidery center and will extend to customer service and sales.

You will begin by specializing in embroidery, but there are many other areas that you will learn including graphics, business, marketing, thermal transfers, and engraving while providing a world-class customer experience.
