Entry Level Machinist - Nights and Weekends

Overview: We are currently seeking operators for or 2nd, 3rd and Weekend scheduled at a rapidly growing medical device firm. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machining equipment including gun drilling machines, laser marking machines, flute/grinding operators, and Swiss machinists.

Shifts and Hours:

• 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am
• Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Day Shift) or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (Night Shift)

Compensation:

• Direct Hire Position
• Compensation depending on candidate level: $20 to $30 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating and maintaining machining equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in machine setup, calibration, and tooling selection.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
