Paraprofessional

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Paraprofessionals to join our team. As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to support the educational and developmental needs of students. Your responsibilities may include providing one-on-one assistance to students with special needs, facilitating small group activities, assisting with classroom management, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and other team members to create a positive learning environment.
• Support students during classroom instruction and activities.
• Assist with behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Help students with daily tasks and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and any necessary training.
