Job Description: Soliant Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Facilitator/Coordinator for a contract position in Columbia, NC. As a facilitator/coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of early childhood education programs within schools. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for early childhood education. Primary duties include: Providing administrative support to teachers, attending IEP meetings, and advocating to Senior Leadership the needs within the district.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Valid teaching certification/license in North Carolina as a Special Education Teacher
• At least 3+ years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher
• Knowledge of North Carolinas early childhood education regulations and curriculum standards

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement early childhood education programs
• Provide support and guidance to early childhood educators and staff
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of early childhood education initiatives
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and standards for early childhood education programs
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for young children
