General Job Description:

Maintains and repairs facility, grounds and manufacturing machinery. Supervises custodial staff.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledgeof manufacturing machinery
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Fiveor more years related experience
• Hands-onknowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc.
• Extensiveknowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, etc.
• Mustsupply own tools

Specific Duties:

1. Inspect,maintain and perform primary repair of mechanical equipment.Performpreventive maintenance on all building machinery and equipment
2. Make recommendations regarding replacement of machinery
3. Keepthe building in compliance with OSHA regulations
