Job Description
This is a 40 hour per week position with benefits which include 11 paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, health insurance, life and vision insurance and South Dakota retirement. Work hours are 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.
The successful applicant must be a detail-oriented and energetic person. The successful candidate will be required to complete Certified Appraiser Assessor courses and obtain state certification within one year of emplyment.
A high school dipolma or GED is required. This position requires yearly attendance of meetings to maintain certification. Basic knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express is required. The ability to interpret legal descriptions, attention to detail, accuracy, excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential.
