Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support, with a primary focus on projects within the Finance Department. The position involves a diverse range of tasks, encompassing general clerical duties and project-based assignments. This includes overseeing and managing functions related to HR for the entire organization. Maintaining a professional image in both in-person and phone interactions is essential, as is the adherence to strict confidentiality policies, including compliance with HIPAA laws. The Administrative Assistant also supports LCHC leadership and other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and coordination of administrative activities. This is a full-time hybrid remote position.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or HR role.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols.
