Pay Rate Starting at: $52,500 annually+bonus


What Will You Be Doing?

As our new VMI Representative, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our suppliers, team, and company. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our success and yours. Some of your duties will include:

  • Daily review of all open orders, weekly supply chain analysis, monthly metrics reporting, and annual customer forecasting.
  • Track order activity, alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems, and coordinate with the internal team to resolve delivery issues.
  • Develop knowledge of customer-specific quality requirements/flow-downs. Contribute this knowledge during price and contract renewal reviews with internal teams.
  • Conduct bin turn analysis reports to improve efficiency ensuring scan frequency stays within expected models.
  • Ensure that sufficient inventory is available to the assigned customer and all contractual agreements are fulfilled.
  • Shop in the market for available inventories when critical gaps appear in the supply chain that cannot be improved by internal expedited teams. Process these buy requests.
  • Coordinate compilation of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) materials. Lead and present at QBRs.
  • Follow-up with internal teams and customers on outstanding Accounts Receivable issues to prevent credit holds.
  • Create data uploads via Excel.
  • Ensure routine invoicing is done in a timely and correct manner.
  • Work alongside the contracts team and help facilitate/negotiate pricing and terms of the long-term agreement.
  • Ensure accurate uploads of new contracts to ERP upon award acceptance as part of the Contract Implementation process.
  • Assist Quality review of technical drawings to help resolve customer and supply chain issues.





What are we looking for?

Preferences

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 4-5 years of aerospace hardware experience highly desired
  • Expert level on Excel highly desired.
  • 2 years of SAP knowledge highly preferred
  • Technical background preferred.
  • Some college, AS, BA, BS or BBA degree in: Supply Chain Management or Operations, Logistics, or a quantitative field, i.e., Business, Math, Engineering, Industrial Resources, or Economics or equivalence commiserate experience strongly preferred.

  • Understand customer Approved Supplier Lists and ensure a match to internal systems.
  • Knowledge of how to complete reporting in Excel.
  • Expert understanding of Supply Chain Management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to balance priorities.
  • Previous ERP/CRM system knowledge
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills- (Vlook-up and Xlook-up, pivot tables)
