Job Type: Full-time, Regular
Business Hours: FIRST SHIFT - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
SECOND SHIFT - 4:15 PM - 12:45 AM, Monday - Friday
Career Level: Experienced. All candidates must know how to interpret blueprints and be able to use inspection tools such as micrometer and caliper.
Salary: $15 - $18/hr
As a CNC Associate, your primary responsibility will be to perform finishing tasks on various types of metal products. You will utilize hand tools and power equipment to grind, glass bead, brush finish, and polish aerospace components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

- Perform finishing operations, including grinding, glass beading, brush finishing, and polishing, on aerospace metal products.
- Ensure that the final products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Interpret and read technical drawings and blueprints to understand finishing requirements.
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify the accuracy of finished products.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Prior experience in metal finishing is a plus, but we are willing to provide training to candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
