The programmer will be responsible for all CNC Programs for Lathe & Mills using Mastercam software.

Responsibilities:

• Create new programs utilizing Mastercam cad / cam software to successfully machine parts within part print tolerances
• Create set up sheets and tool lists
• Work with machinists during test run of programs to insure process is capable
• Participate in the design of tooling using Solid Works
• Modify post processors
• Manually edit existing programs as needed
• Inspect parts using various quality inspection tools
• Understand, maintain and execute Donaldson Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Qualifications :

• Education consisting of a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of four (4) or five (5) years of related experience in lieu of education.
• Programming experience using Mastercam.
• Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast paced work environment.
• Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
• Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
• Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
• Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.
