RN Charge Nurse Med Surge FT Days Position Summary

We are seeking a?strong nurse leader?for a management opportunity on a busy, 42-bed unit.

This inpatient unit?serves patients with a variety of complex diagnoses,?including:?A&D, GI,?renal, pulmonary, ortho, hospice, and?oncology.? It also houses 10 beds which are dedicated to our?Acute Care for Elders (ACE) program.?

RN Charge Nurse Med Surge FT Days Candidate Will Possess the Following Education and License or Certifications

Education:??BSN from Accredited Nursing Program.

Experience:? Two (2) years management/supervisory experience in an inpatient setting.

Licensure/Certification(s):??Current RN license to practice in the state of TN.? BLS.? ACLS within 90 days of hire.? CPI to be obtained during hospital orientation.
