Job Title: Full-Time Special Education Teacher
Location: Meridian, CA

Position Type: Full-time, On-site Only
Soliant is currently seeking a mitted and dynamic Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 23/24 school year. This is a full-time position located near Meridian, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide differentiated instruction and support to students based on their unique learning requirements
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and growth
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of student performance and progress
Qualifications:
- Valid California Teaching Credential in Special Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Previous experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, policies, and practices
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
