Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
* 10 years of experience in HR management - preferably in oil & gas
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formulas & pivot tables)
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Plus Points:

~Master's degree in HR or related field
~SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired
~ Experience in the oil and gas industry (a plus)
