We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a contract basis in Bushnell, Florida. Position Overview:

As a Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and make a difference in the lives of individuals with munication and swallowing disorders. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Bushnell, Florida, where you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' munication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services to improve munication, language, articulation, and swallowing abilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech-language strategies and exercises.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in speech-language pathology through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Florida state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working as an SLP in a healthcare or educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
