Pay | $20 - $25 per hour

1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday with availability to work evenings/weekends for events

The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated and experienced in recruiting. A proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring qualified candidates is needed. Other skills needed for success include excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers for staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through online channels, reviewing resumes and credentials, scheduling interviews, providing guidance and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers, extending job offers, coordinating the onboarding process, and remaining up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
