IT Manager

Description:

Our client is looking for an IT manager to join the IT .Team Candidates This manager will be overseeing all initiatives for these teams – having about 10 direct reports (BA’s, devs, QA’s, PM’s) and reporting to a Director. This person must have experience within Jira, ADO, or MS Project.

Must go onsite 3 days a week

1.IT Management experience leading a team in a true SDLC environment, overseeing high priority project work (both new development and sustainment, software and hardware)

2. Experience with change management and process governance (familiarity within either Jira or Azure DevOps - preferably ADO)

3. Heavy knowledge with regard to prioritizing business initiatives and understanding the technical components required from the team to meet goals/deadlines
