Job Summary:

Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations and manage the team at our dealership in Zumbrota, Minnesota. As the leader of our dealership, the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our dealership meets and exceeds sales, service, and customer satisfaction goals while maintaining a positive and professional work environment. This is a full-time, executive-level position in the auto industry that requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of dealership operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary based on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of dealership employees.
- Ensure that the dealership is operating in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to drive results.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that the dealership is well-stocked with the latest vehicle models and parts.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in the automotive industry.
- Extensive knowledge of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies and techniques.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to dealership operations.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
