Job Title: Hybrid Position - Warehouse/Courier/Customer Service Representative
Location: Hooksett
Reports To: Director of Operations (“DOO”) or Management Designee


Summary:

This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate, Courier driver and a Customer Service Representative. The individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently completing warehouse functions, driving company vehicles to customer locations (as needed), as well as interacting with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints. Warehouse Duties:

  1. Barcode and process new boxes
  2. Pull access list
  3. Refile Boxes/Files
  4. Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction
  5. Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations
  6. Demonstrate proficiency in operating a picker forklift or other company equipment
  7. Make pickups and deliveries (as needed)


Courier Duties (as needed):

  1. Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
  2. Ensure adherence to federal and state transportation laws and company policies.
  3. Operate hand truck, pallet jack, and forklift; lift up to 50lbs.
  4. Follow all safety guidelines and rules of the road.
  5. In inclement weather, report early to prepare vehicles (e.g., tire chains).
  6. Warehouse support and other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Duties (as needed):

  1. Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries.
  2. Handle customer complaints, providing solutions and follow-ups.
  3. Perform data entry, file management, and assist in special projects.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Requirements:

  • General:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in Windows Office suite of products.
    • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Driver-Specific:
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
    • Pass background check and random drug screens.
    • Obtain DOT certification within 1 week of hire.
    • Able to drive customer routes safely and timely.
    • Good knowledge of city streets or ability to use a map.
    • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Customer Service-Specific:
    • Some computer knowledge.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.

Work Environment: Must be able to tolerate varying weather conditions, including heat in summer and cold in winter.


Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
