What began as a single scoop shop has evolved into a thriving enterprise with multiple locations and an exceptional Off Premise Catering operation spanning North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Accountabilities Include:

• 30-40 hours per week

• Availability on Nights, Weekends, Holidays

• Timely arrival for all events and in store shifts

• Follow all Off Premise and In Store business operating standards

• Dress in clean standard uniform

• Be available during high catering Season is April - September

• Personable and enjoys working with guests and a diverse team

• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds

• Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and hospitality a plus

Here's what makes our compensation structure special:

• Base Pay: Enjoy an hourly wage ranging from $11 to $12, reflecting our commitment to recognizing your skills and contribution.

• Catering Event Fee: We institute a required 20% fee on each catering event, directly contributing to your earnings. This fee is a testament to the value we place on your role in making every catering event a success.

• Tip Pool: As a member of our team, you're not only rewarded for your service during catering events but also benefit from a tip pool generated from in-store activities. This ensures that your dedication to providing excellent service is recognized and rewarded by both clients and customers.
