About this job
Our client, an oil and gas company is seeking a Business Services Coordinator to join their team. As a Business Services Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Logistics Organization supporting the Global Logistics Strategy Manager and team. The ideal candidate will have good communication, organization and time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Services Coordinator III
Location: Spring, TX
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)
Pay Range: Up to $40/hr
What’s the Job?
- Support governance meetings and interface with internal partners
- Administer Global Logistics portfolio process and tool (Smartsheet) as the power user
- Drive data integrity, clarity and consistency across Global Logistics teams
- Support alignment and effective delivery of global communications (e.g. offsites, forums, leadership meetings, communications/newsletters, etc.
- Knowledge management, SharePoint repositories
- Administer Supplier Relationship Management framework and maintain overall program health
What’s Needed?
- Prior experience (at least 5 years) with project management software is a strong asset (e.g. SmartSheet)
- Prior experience in roles overseeing contracts or supplier performance is preferred (to support Supplier Relationship Management program)
- Prior experience with SharePoint design and administration would be an asset
- Prior experience in Supply Chain roles or similar, would be an asset
