Production Worker

MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN FOOD MANUFACTURING.

Connect Staffing is seeking a Production Worker for a juice and smoothie company in the city of Fullerton, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday & Saturday availability as needed.

Flexible with 4:30am-1:30pm or 7:00am-4pm and with overtime.

Requirements of a Production Worker:

• 1 year of recent food manufacturing experience
• Professional work ethic (arrive on time, calls in to report absences, minimal absenteeism, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Frequent heavy lifting of 30-40 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to perform additional job duties as required
• General cleanup around the warehouse
• Forklift certified is preferred.
• Prior experience as a forklift operator, warehouse associate, heavy lifting, and a fast-paced environment is a must!

Responsibilities of a Production Worker:

• Pack items, scan barcodes, and move packages to the correct location for shipping.
• Picker packers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and products to ensure they have the right items, are not damaged, and nothing is missing per the order.
• Moving and sorting goods and materials.
• Labeling and boxing products before shipping.
• Helping to complete shipments, process and load orders
