Senior Helpers of the Villages is URGENTLY HIRING for a Scheduling Coordinator/ Caregiver Manager for our Private Duty Home Care Office in Bunnell Office.  If you are looking for a long term position that works in a home care setting then this job is for you. Senior Helpers has a fun and friendly environment to work in. 40 HOURS A WEEK 

Primary Responsibilities

Schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on caregiver ability and clients’ needs

Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and /or “call outs” arise.

Track all caregiver call outs, late arrivals and refusals

Accept on call after hours rotation (one day a week after 5p and every other weekend)

Office hours are Monday through Friday 9a to 5p

Manage all caregviers for expired doucments, write ups, and termination

 

Qualifications

Staffing in a home care setting preferred

Professional experience in customer service

Be a team player, with excellent verbal communication skills

Have excellent problem-solving abilities

Must be able to multi task

Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening and pass a drug test
