We are seeking insurance professionals who have a commitment to serve their community by assisting families in obtaining life insurance to meet their needs. Every day, we receive requests from people who are looking for financial peace of mind. They want to protect their loved ones and their assets from unforeseen events. Your role will be to contact these potential clients and present them with a plan that meets their needs and goals

This is a 100% commission position with bonus opportunities, where your income potential is uncapped.  Average first-year income for our new life insurance agents range from 50-95K, but some make well over 100K their first year

• We are looking for a team player, self-starter, entrepreneur, and coach who has a strong commitment to values, dedication to serving, and immense desire to succeed
• Both full and part-time sales and team management positions are available.
• Full- Time or Part-Time- Commission ONLY
• We Train You.
• Great training upfront with no "Micro-managing"

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business
• Generate new business through our leads and referrals
• Cross-sell existing customers with other agency products
• Follow A Sales Process Designed To Make Closing Simple

• A Life Insurance License preferred, or be willing to obtain a license through an online course in 7-10 days
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Must be motivated and must be able to control your own schedule. No quotas! 
• MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES
