We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Support/Busser team, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently expedite and deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables while ensuring impeccable presentation and timing.
• Collaborate closely with servers to ensure accurate delivery of each dish to the correct guest.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, which includes bussing and promptly resetting tables.
• Assist in running food orders from the kitchen to the dining area and verify the accuracy of all orders.
• Foster effective communication with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Address guest inquiries, needs, or concerns promptly to provide exceptional guest service.
• Assist in restocking and replenishing inventory as required.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the front-of-house team to create a flawless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper handling of food and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Preferred, but not required, previous experience in a restaurant support or food runner role.
• Strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting items for extended periods.
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine and culinary techniques is a plus.
