HEAD CHEF

Busy, year-round Nantucket restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified person to run our restaurant kitchen. Experience working with and understanding classic Italian-American cuisine is preferred. If you are passionate about food, experienced, reliable, sober and hardworking, then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities and Skills Required Include:

• Managing a busy kitchen and all personnel, including hiring and scheduling.

• Help develop creative menus and create specials.
• Manage all inventory and ordering.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
