Ace Industries has an immediate career opportunity with a leading independently owned overhead crane and hoist company in the USA. Responsibilities:

  • Promote Safety. Perform in-house, virtual safety training and demonstrate a strong PPE adherence and a Safety First mindset in all aspects of our business
  • Grow Market Share. Identify, present, and sell from the largest selection of Crane and Hoist Manufacturing products and service offerings available to new and existing customers in the assigned geographical territory.

· Follow Company Sales Plans and Processes. Document customer activities and progress via prescribed tools and resources to identify new customer targets and opportunities and drive territory development.

  • Qualify New Customers. Prospect potential customers in the Thomasville, GA market via direct cold calling and phone to engage and advance in the selling cycle.
  • Achieve Sales Goals. Reach defined sales targets with no limitations on qualified commissionable sales.
  • Develop Sales Strategies. Organize sales efforts and joint sales calls with vendors and service support personnel to offer the best value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with Service Support and Project Team. Work with Branch Manager and Project Manager to obtain products, labor and equipment needs.
  • Ensure Sales Profitability. Work with Management to review costing, application needs for proposals to achieve margin goals, satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and frustrations with the long game approach.
  • Nurture Customer Loyalty. Maintain customer relationships with follow-up appointments to review our service portal and keep customers aware of latest developments.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years Previous experience in sales relating to overhead cranes and hoists products and services or 3-5 years in Industrial or Heavy Material Handling products or services to be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and CRM platforms. Experience using Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
  • Customer service champion with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to effectively market products, services, negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Proven initiative-taker with sales acumen to advance through the sales cycle.
  • Effective organizational, time management and priority-setting skills.
  • Prior experience in prospecting, developing, managing, and achieving sales goals in defined Territory.
  • Comfortable in performing a high level of prospecting activity to grow and develop sales results.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm

Travel

Travel is expected approximately 60% of the time in your territory and occasional regional travel.

Pay Information: 75k to 95k Annual + Commission Plan DOE
