Dough Room Requirements:

18+ years of age

Dough Room Responsibilities:

Individual:

Hands-on food preparation
Prepare dough from scratch
Strong aptitude for following recipes
Package dough for delivery
Ability to lift heavy boxes of dough onto shelving and a 50-pound bag of flour into the mixer
Maintain established standards of sanitation, safety and food preparation as set by the local and state health department; maintains an orderly, sanitary and safe dough room
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to safely operate all dough room equipment
Responsible for receiving and storing food and supplies in a safe and approved manner
Strong math skills with the ability to calculate portion sizes and limit food waste is required
Obtain a complete knowledge of procedures and follow them.

Other

Prepare dough items while following the proper recipes to maintain a consistent product and nutritional value
Work in assigned stations as directed by the person in charge; 1. Batches, 2. Cut & Ball, 3. Sheeting, 4. Stacking, 5. Dough Pulls
Complete all assigned cleaning and prep-work
Perform any other assignments or tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor

Physical Requirements:

Able to work in a sitting position, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Attendance at work is required.
