The Sr. Specialist, Project Manager oversees all Operations efforts relating to contract execution, and is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from beginning to end, according to strict deadlines and budgets. They act as the point-of-contact between elements of Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management. They ensure cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating the procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems. A successful candidate should be able to:

Essential Functions:
- Interface and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Assist with the development of resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules, including tie-ins with Engineering efforts and milestones
- Perform lead-time and critical path analysis on multi-level hardware builds
- Assess cost and schedule risks, and develop associated mitigations
- Monitor and report financial, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projects
- Identify and coordinate resources necessary for quick reaction, development efforts
- Work closely with Engineering to identify, mitigate, and execute long-lead material procurement
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with modern manufacturing processes and techniques
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP and the application of IRAD and Rapid Prototype methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- This position may require overtime, weekend, holiday and/or second shift work
- Knowledge of and experience with L3Harris products and processes
- Experience in a quick reaction, development, or rapid prototype environment
