Position Overview

This position is ultimately responsible for the successful operation of a Best One Fleet Service Center. Responsibilities lie in six major areas: business planning, team development, marketing and sales, operations, administrative duties, and maximizing profit. This position is responsible for training and developing a team of support staff, and working effectively with all to establish, implement and fine tune a profitable business plan. This position requires acting in a timely, pro-active, direct and professional manner.

• Must have 3+ years of successful auto center management experience
• Commercial automotive experience is preferred, but not required
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a proven track record of team development, training and customer relations
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Must have strong computer skills in regard to: Microsoft Office, internet, and software navigation.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field is highly desirable.
• Must have a current valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• You must also be at least 18 years old

The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.

Compensation details: 60000-100000 Yearly Salary
