Our client, Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Filling & Pouching Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have teamwork skills, be adaptable, and dependable which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Filling & Pouching Operator
Location: Marion NC
Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.00/hour
What’s the Job?
- Set up and Operate Pouch and Filling Machines
- Fill and Assemble Containers with Product
- Maintain a steady production level and achieve goals
- Ensure labeling and fill accuracy to uphold quality standards
- Print labeling and apply to flexible containers
What’s Needed?
- HSD/GED
- 1 year experience in manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift 15 lbs frequently
- Ability to understand written and safety qualifications, as well as review color differences
