Student Support - Retail Sales - Full-time / Part-time

If you are a student who is a natural leader and aspires to be the best, come join the Retail Sales team as a Student Support. You’ll be assisting the team on a combination of ongoing project work and administrative duties. This role is located in greater Battle Creek, MI with the expectation to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday. You’ll be contributing individually directly working with two team members and supporting our Retail Sales business across the US.

As a Student Support, you’ll be a valued member of the team with the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• You Are Accountable – Here at Kellanova, we are encouraged to be empowered in our roles and deliver excellent results. You will be working with Sr. Analysts and Retail Sales leads to support our Retail Sales organization.
• Put Your Best Foot Forward - Communication with partners and tracking feedback will be key to your success in delivering strong results. You are a trusted member of the team and will be requested to provide your insight and influence based on the work your perform.
• Managing the Business – Multiple and conflicting priorities always arise under competing time restraints. You have to be quick to act when these issues arise and keep a positive outlook.

We’re Looking For Someone With 

• Enrollment in an undergraduate degree in business, sales or marketing 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to work during the school year and able to dedicate 15-20 hours per week on 9-5 business hour schedule 
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above  

The hourly rate for this role is $18.00.
