Our client, a well-known multinational consumer goods company, is seeking a Production Line Lead for second shift in Mechanicsburg, PA. Ideal candidates will be reliable, have a great attitude, willing to learn, and work well in a team environment.
Job Title: Production Line Lead
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Pay: $20.25 per hour
Hours : Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
What's the Job?
- Responsible for product quality, line efficiency and safety
- Assembling and embellishing products into special packs, pallet displays, and custom packages.
- Operating line equipment (labelers, case formers, tape machines, shrink lines
- Performing quality inspections
- Ensuring safety practices are followed in the operation
- Filling out production paperwork
- Determines work assignments and rotation for teammates
- Maintains neat and organized work area
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
