Product Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, is seeking a Product Coordinator to join their team.

Job Summary:   Work closely with Design Engineering to communicate and coordinate the setup of new special part numbers and drawing approvals.  Coordinate with various internal departments to create and monitor engineering change requests.  Print work orders for repeat special part numbers daily.
  Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall coordination of controlled documentation within the Engineering Department, such as but not limited to, loading drawings in SAP, creating new part numbers, fixing or creating bill of materials, and work orders.
• Creates and maintains all Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s).
• Hosts and reports on a weekly basis the open and completed ECO’s
• Prints and tracks all repeat work orders for Operations.
• Supports all facets of the Engineering department
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the Engineering Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in an office or engineering environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
• Moderate level of PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and e-mail.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the business
• Must excel working in a team environment
• Must be self-motivated and possess a sense of urgency while maintaining a service-oriented attitude.
• Be able to multi-task and work under tight time constraints
• Experience with SAP Enterprise software.
• Associates degree is preferred but not required

Pay Range: $21 - $23 per hour
