Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant operation. This includes managing maintenance business, materials inventory, recruitment, manufacturing process reliability, and equipment reliability. You will also handle departmental budgets, computerized maintenance management systems, and preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance programs. Your role will also involve technical skills management of electrical, electronics, controls programming, mechanical systems, waste treatment, stockroom, building and grounds, and utilities systems.
