At Pyramid Healthcare at Mountaineer we will be specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment. We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage and direct the daily operations and provide direct care services.
• Responsible for creating a positive client and employee experience
• Monitors, evaluates and modifies the operational processes
• Assists in developing and implementing facility policies and procedures
• Ensures the facility is safe, clean and tidy
• Provides operational direction for medical services, clinical services and all contracted operational staff
• Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision
• Assists in developing and monitoring annual strategic plan for facility/program
• Works with our Quality Management team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents program in internal and external audits
• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with physicians, admissions, marketing, referral sources and other key stakeholders

Licensure, Education, & Experience:

• Clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, Ph.D./Psy.D.)
• Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health or general healthcare setting including supervision of others and successful operations oversight
