What You’ll Do:

As the Part-Time Recruiter Assistant, you’ll manage your desk and exceed monthly expectations. With a sense of urgency, you’ll source passive candidates, conduct virtual and in-person interviews, coordinate internal interviews, generate candidate profiles, post job advertisements, scan documents, maintain candidate databases, and manage candidate relationships.
