Sign-On Bonus: $1,600

Pay: $20-$21

Looking for individuals who have advanced skills with technology and are reliable to join our dynamic front desk team.

The Guest Coordinator act as the first point of contact between patients and guests of the Urgency Room, and makes patients and guests feel welcome and valued. The position uses practical judgment for initial triage and accurately registers patients for care (collects vital demographic information, verifies insurance coverage, collects applicable co-payments or past due balances). They support the initial rooming of patients and support front desk reception administrative tasks.

Schedule:

This position includes a mixture of day and evening shifts. This position will work every other weekend as well as 4 holidays per year. Day shift is 7:30am-3:30pm and evening shift is 2:30pm-10:30pm
