KHA - POSITION SUMMARY



POSITION TITLE: PROCESS ENGINEER



SUMMARY


The Process Engineer will be responsible for a variety of projects in a diverse manufacturing environment with an emphasis on developing best practices, lean initiatives, and maintaining work instructions and other documentation.



POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions.
  • Maintain accurate routing information for parts and assemblies.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures when adding new products to our local scope.
  • Manage and ensure seamless execution of engineering changes.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 activities.
  • Provide technical assistance and training for factory personnel.
  • Coordinate best practices with global partners.
  • Assist with Lean Systems implementation.


  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required, or 3+ years in Process Engineering or related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, time management, and teamwork skills as well as superior attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Strong technical skills in manufacturing, process documentation & development, change management, and project management.
  • Possible domestic and international travel.
