As a senior platform engineer in the Windows OS agile squad, you will be an authority in a range of technologies and processes related to enterprise client computing. You will provide advanced investigative support for clients standard applications and endpoints. Assist in the delivery of new technologies that support and delight the workforce. Provide investigation and resolution for complex client related incidents, including, but not limited to blue screens, application crashes

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Proficiency in Windows operating systems internals, including understanding of memory management, IO subsystems, CPU scheduling, and kernel level components.

Working with low level analytics tools such as Windows Performance Toolkit, Windbg, process monitor, driver verifier and enterprise diagnostic tools.

Working with multi-functional teams to identify performance requirements, define performance testing strategies, and implement performance improvements.

Scripting and automation using languages like PowerShell, Python, or batch scripting to automate performance testing, data collection, and analysis tasks.

Deliver informative, well-organized demonstrations and data analysis.

Prior experience in a senior or lead role, with the ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
