HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM(Overview & Key Responsibilities):
The Driver / Customer Delivery Representative has the crucial role of safely handling and delivering inventories of Lubrication Technologies, Inc. The Driver/Customer Delivery Representative will focus on customers with the main goal of consistently exceeding customer's expectations. Additionally, Drivers at Lube-Tech serve as company ambassadors by always having a professional, courteous, polite and respectful attitude to all customers. Drivers at Lube-Tech are also true business partners through constantly being eyes and ears for the organization, understanding potential customer needs and the competition.
* Safely and accurately deliver products to customers on time

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent, including basic math and literacy skills
Experience/Training:
- 1+ years of driving experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Product knowledge and experience working with fuel/oil
- DOT rules and regulations, CDL hazmat, tanker endorsement
- Basic computer skills, including ability to use hand-held devices
- Basic sales skills
- Effective communication skills and customer service approach - able to engage with others
- Navigational skills and ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Evidence of strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Flexible attitude and work schedule capability
- Organized and detail-oriented - able to keep track of all records; use hand-held device at times
Licenses/Certificates:
- Class A license; clean safety record; medical card
- 1.5 - 2 years of driving experience
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsement preferred
